Today mark's an entire week of cooking at home. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I have enjoyed it. I am in need of some ideas for the next couple of weeks if anyone has any. In the meantime, this is what I am cooking this week. Last time, I posted, I got some emails about recipes. I told ya'll this stuff was simple and really good!! I am branching out and getting a little bit braver this week! Wish me luck!!!
1/10 Sunday
Steak Fajitas
1/11
Low Country Shrimp and Grits
1/12 -Adam and I are going to a show at the new Knight Theatre
Spaghetti-Since it is super quick and easy
1/13
Honey Glazed Chicken & Cuke Salad. This was on the menu for last week but we had something else that night. I made up a cuke salad years ago and every time I make it people die over it! Amanda you can attest to this.
1/14
Steak & Salad
1/15
Tortilla Soup
1/16
Right now this is designated for our date night. I don't know if I had mentioned it, BUT Adam and I have decided that instead of going out as much as we were, we would designate one night a month to have a planned date night. This way, we know ahead of time when it's going to be, we won't be rushing around looking for a babysitter and if we need to make reservations to go to dinner we will have time. It will also be something fun to look forward to!! But about the menu, we will be eating out and I will probably to mac and cheese and home made chicken nuggets for Aidan to eat with the sitter.
So that's it for now! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!!! xoxoxo
