I am sitting here, working on my little checklist for Aidan's birthday party and it amazes me he is going to be two years old a week from today! Like, seriously where has the time gone???
I know, I know I reacted this exact same way last year when he turned one.
I sometimes can't grasp the fact that I have a child, let alone a soon to be two year old. Your first child has to be the one you make the most mistakes with. We didn't know anything about this before Aidan. So you live and you learn and we've tried our best and I think for being one of the world's biggest parenting project's probably known to man, he has turned out to be one hell of a kid.
So this year he turns two. I am grateful for every moment we have had, the good, the bad and the ugly. Aidan, baby, you made us a family. We love you!
